Achievements My achievements are mainly from an educational spectrum. At gcse I recieved two A*'s, six A's and two B's. This enabled me to furthwer persue my education and study for my AS-Levels. This past summer I recieved two A's in fashion and English language, a grade B in English literature and a C in theology. I am currently studying for my Alevels were I have been predicted grade A's in English literature, Language and Fashion. Just recently I have been accepted into the prestigus London college of Fashion to study Fashion Journalism, were over 800 applicants applied but only 40 were accepted. I felt this was helped by my work experience were an article of mine has already been published in a glossy lifestyle magazine, working alongside the fashion editor.
Talents I am a very dedicated person and am gifted with the talent of multi - tasking. At present i am studying for my three A- levels, continualy training towards passing my driving test and writing fashion articles for my school magazine, which is produced monthly. My extra curicular activities have involved fund raising schemes for my colleges annual charity appeal, this entailed orchestrating fashion shows using the clothes my peers and I had made in our fashion courses. Both in my fashion course and during my leisure time i enjoy creating and customising garments by adding my own signiture style. Most recently i designed and created a dress as part of my textiles A-level , which recieved an A grade.
Ambitions My main ambition in life is to achieve a high level degree in Fashion Journalism in the hopes of becoming a succesful fashion journalist and make my mark on the fashion industry. I am also very keen to travel and discover vastly different cultures to that of london, in the pursuit of one day teaching textiles to kids in under priviledged countries.
