I achieved 10 GSCEs A*-C. These include A* in English Literature and an A in English Language. I have a B in Design and Technology, German, Mathematics, Religious Studies and BB in Science (Dual award) plus C in History and also in Information Technology. I undertook and achieved the Bronze Duke of Edinburgh Award and have passed Lifesaver Awards with St. John’s Ambulance. In June 2006 I gained a BTEC National Diploma in Beauty Therapy Science at Birmingham College of Food and Tourism. I have also passed LAMDA exams in acting. During my gap year of 2001/2 I traveled to many parts of the world.
Talents I have always been a sporty and energetic person. I am a keen runner and attend the gym regularly. I completed the Great North Run in 2005 and raised money for charity. I plan to continue long distance running. I enjoy the theatre and am currently following up my interest in acting at drama school. As a model I have featured in several promotional films.
Ambitions
I have recently completed a BTEC National Diploma in Beauty Therapy Science and am now moving into the world of modelling. I had hoped to become a fashion cat walk model but all the top agencies in London have now told me that I am too beautiful for that work. I am now therefore looking for an opening that uses my Beauty therapy skills in the commercial modelling field for Beauty Products.
My ambition is to continue as a model and actress and to continue traveling the world in pursuit of my career. I recently appeared on Sky News in a discussion about models and body image in connection with the London Fashion Week. I hope to produce and feature in a film promoting Health and Fitness, specifically directed at the next generation of models. I also intend to run in marathons in aid of The National Society for Epilepsy and would like to become an ambassador for this and other charities in the future.
